About Jennifer
I’m a Registered Dietitian with 20 years of clinical nutrition experience, as well as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. I specialize in general health, sports nutrition, GI issues, and women’s health (pregnancy, breastfeeding, perimenopause, menopause). I’m also a mom of three, wife, marathon runner, and rescue animal lover.
Approach to care
I work to meet clients where they’re at, honor their needs and lifestyle, while guiding them to achieve their goals and pushback on limiting beliefs. Providing evidence-based recommendations that are practical, reasonable, and can translate into real-life are a cornerstone of my practice.
Your first session with Jennifer
We will talk about what goals you want to achieve, and review your current health and nutritional status. I will ask about your height, weight, age, activity level, supplements, and medications, as well as pre-existing medical conditions and any current lab work. If you can come with a three day food log as well, we can get to work faster.
