About Jennifer
I have been a Registered Dietitian for over 15 years! My undergraduate degree is in Biology, and my graduate degree is in Public Health Nutrition. I've worked in various settings, from hospitals to grocery stores. In all of my positions, I've enjoyed one-on-one counseling the most.
Approach to care
I work with clients to make small goals that build upon each other to create long-term lifestyle changes. I believe in meeting people wherever they're at in their wellness journey. I believe there is wellness at any weight and that progress doesn't mean perfection.
Your first session with Jennifer
The first session combines information gathering with getting to know each other. I love to know what you are hoping to get out of our time together. By the end of the session, I hope you will have made 1-3 goals that you can focus on as you move forward in your week.
