About Jennifer
Hi, Iâm Jennifer! I became a Dietitian in 2014 after realizing nutrition was the perfect field to combine my love of science with my love of cooking. I have worked as a Dietitian in both hospital and school nutrition settings, which has afforded me invaluable experience creating customized menus to accommodate food allergies, intolerances, and personal preferences, while ensuring balanced and enjoyable meals for diverse needs. I have also completed specialized training in obesity management and I feel especially confident supporting clients in areas such as basic, âeverydayâ nutrition, heart healthy diets, and culinary nutrition. I truly enjoy helping people build healthy habits through approachable, evidence-based strategies that make nourishing the body both practical and enjoyable.

My approach to nutrition care focuses on personalization, practicality, and confidence in the kitchen. I believe nutrition should feel accessible and empoweringânot restrictive or overwhelming.
