About Jennifer
Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Registered Dietitian serving Syracuse, Utah. With 18 years of experience, I’ve built my practice across private practice and community health, grounded in a master’s degree in nutrition and a biology degree with a chemistry minor. I carry the MS, CD, RDN, LD credentials, and I love translating science into practical guidance you can use every day. Outside of work, I’m drawn to yoga, strength training, hiking, and walking my dogs. I also enjoy cooking with Pinterest, listening to music or podcasts, reading, and singing in choirs. I exclusively work with women and am passionate about empowering each patient to advocate for her health goals.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence with empathy. I ground our plan in current science while prioritizing your lived experience, concerns, and goals. We’ll work together with clear, actionable steps and steady accountability, so your progress feels doable and real. I practice with HAES-informed, weight-neutral care and a holistic lens that honors mental and emotional well-being alongside nutrition. Education is central; I teach you the why behind choices so you can make informed decisions that fit your life. You’ll hear warmth, not judgment, as we build long-lasting habits.
Your first session with Jennifer
Think of our first visit as a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your medical history and deep dive into your relationship with food, your daily routines, and your short-term goals. You don’t need to arrive with answers or a perfect plan; this is a judgment-free space where we build a starting point together. We’ll discuss what success looks like for you and outline a few realistic steps to begin. By the end, you’ll feel seen, supported, and clear on the next steps we’ll take together.
