About Jennifer
I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in women’s health, combining clinical expertise with a background in culinary nutrition. My work lives at the intersection of nutrition, behavior change, and partnership—helping women feel strong, confident, and deeply nourished in their everyday lives. I bring a white-glove, relationship-first approach to everything I do. I show up with presence, listen with intention, and follow through consistently. I’m known for building trust quickly and creating supportive environments where patients feel seen, understood, and empowered.
Approach to care
I believe in an evidence-based, empathetic partnership. My approach is science-forward yet warm, focusing on what you can do today and how we can sustain it long term. We’ll explore your relationship with food without judgment, using clear, actionable steps and accountability that fits your schedule. I look at the whole person, sleep, stress / mental health, nutrition, and body movement, to tailor strategies that honor your values. Education is central; I’ll help you understand the why behind the plan, so you feel confident making choices.
Your first session with Jennifer
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, talk through your current eating patterns, and discuss any lab work or biometrics to help us understand where you are today. We’ll set short-term goals together and outline practical steps you can start with right away. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out in advance; this is a collaborative, judgment-free space designed to help you feel seen and heard. You’ll leave with a clear sense of the next steps and a sense that you’re not alone on this journey.
