Approach to care
My approach is rooted in deep compassion, understanding, and personalized support. I believe in leveraging a sustainable, positive relationship with food through realistic nutrition education, intuitive eating, mindfulness, and self-compassion, without creating rigid rules. Each session is meant to destress and not stress, tailored to your unique needs, focusing on mental and emotional well-being. Together, we explore your values, goals, and motivations to create a path of balance that supports both physical and emotional health, using the latest research for practical, evidence-based guidance.
Your first session with Jennifer
In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you are encouraged to share your story at your own pace. There is no pressure to reveal more than you feel comfortable with, and the goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can begin to explore your relationship with food. Together, we will take the time to understand your unique experiences, challenges, and goals. Our conversation will be relaxed and open, focusing on reducing any stress or anxiety surrounding food and nutrition. I aim to help you feel empowered and comfortable, knowing that this is a space for healing and growth, free from judgment or rigid expectations.
