About Jennifer

Jennifer is an experienced Registered Dietitian with a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Maternal and Child Health. She has significant experience in weight loss, bariatrics, wellness, diabetes education, public health, heart health, integrative health, disease states requiring substantial modification (I.e alpha-gal, celiac), and more! Jennifer loves to guide patients on their wellness journey! She welcomes referrals and this link can be shared with prospective patients: https://www.usenourish.com/providers/jennifer-williams?referralSource=Nourish+dietitian&referralName=Jennifer+Williams

Approach to care

Jennifer believes in meeting a patient where they are; including aspects of life that are quintessential to the patient, including food (whether coffee, a glass of wine on occasion, a favorite dish, etc.) or lifestyle (always on the go/meal prep fanatic/foodie, etc).

Your first session with Jennifer

In the first session, there will be lots of questions to help bring understanding to the areas of concern and help showcase what has been tried, what disease states or conditions are present, and the path that is right and can be individualized for care. The sessions tend to go by quickly. Sessions will run on the therapeutic hour. Sessions are available M - F, with first available session at 9 AM CDT and last available at 2 PM CDT.
