About Jennifer

Nutrition has guided my professional life for 20 years, and that practical curiosity still drives me today. I trained as a Registered Dietitian, earned an MBA, and maintain my CD credential, bringing both clinical rigor and systems thinking to care. My career has spanned hospitals, community health, research and academia, corporate wellness, dialysis as a Strategic Nutritional Manager, and working as an Eating Disorder Specialist with Innerhaven Wellness. Off the clock you'll find me on a run, practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen, or hiking with my five kids. I'm passionate about helping people live their best quality of life through realistic, sustainable changes.

Approach to care

Real, lasting change happens when science meets compassion and practical action. I ground recommendations in current evidence while translating research into techniques you can use in everyday life. Working from a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size perspective, we'll focus on behaviors, not numbers. I aim to educate and empower you, offering clear steps and accountability delivered in a warm, nonjudgmental way. Together we'll address nutrition, movement, sleep, and emotional factors so improvements stick beyond a single season.

Your first session with Jennifer

Expect a calm, judgment-free conversation where we'll review your medical history and any labs or biometrics you bring. We'll also take a thoughtful look at your relationship with food, routines, and what feels doable right now. Together we'll set a few short-term goals and begin crafting a practical meal plan that fits your life. You don't need to have everything figured out, just come as you are, and we'll build a sustainable path forward one step at a time.
