About Jenny
Hi, I'm Jenny! I'm a licensed dietitian with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from CUNY Queens College. I completed a 10-month dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic, where I gained hands-on experience in diverse areas of nutrition care, including weight management, diabetes education, and acute care in inpatient settings. My primary areas of focus are weight management and cardiovascular health, including managing high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
Approach to care
I believe in a personalized, evidence-based approach to nutrition. I’ll work closely with you to create realistic, sustainable strategies tailored to your unique needs. Whether you're aiming to improve specific lab values or simply feel more energized and sleep better, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way. Together, we'll celebrate both scale and non-scale victories.
Your first session with Jenny
Our first session will be a deep dive into your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history, relationship with food, and personal goals. Be ready to answer plenty of thoughtful questions! I’ll listen carefully to your concerns and preferences so we can build a customized plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
