About Jenny
Hi, Iām Jenny! Iām a licensed dietitian with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from CUNY Queens College. I completed a 10-month dietetic internship at the Cleveland Clinic, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of nutrition care areas such as weight management, diabetes education, and acute inpatient care.
Approach to care
I believe in a personalized, evidence-based approach, working closely with you to develop realistic, sustainable strategies tailored to your unique needs. Whether you want to improve lab results, boost your energy, or sleep better, Iām here to support and guide you every step of the way. Together, weāll celebrate all your victoriesāon and off the scale.
Your first session with Jenny
During our first session, weāll take a deep dive into your eating habits, lifestyle, medical history, relationship with food, and personal goals. Be prepared for plenty of thoughtful questions! Iāll listen carefully to your concerns and preferences so we can create a customized plan that fits your life, not the other way around. A quick note: While Iām dedicated to nutrition and chronic disease management, I donāt specialize in hormone-related conditions like menopause or PCOS, and I donāt offer sports nutrition counseling. If your main goals are in these areas, I may not be the best fit to support you fully on your journey.
