About Jenny
Hi! I'm Jenny! I’m a registered dietitian and NASM-certified personal trainer who grew up on a farm, where I learned the value of hard work, balance, and nourishing your body well. My background in athletics and my passion for health inspired me to help others feel their best from the inside out. My own struggles with fertility deepened my passion for helping others care for their health with patience and grace. My faith shapes the way I serve—I believe every person has incredible worth, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside others in their health journey. Outside of coaching, I love spending time with my husband and son, playing volleyball, being outdoors, and enjoying a good cup of protein coffee. Approach to care
I believe nutrition isn’t about strict rules or quick fixes—it’s about building a lifestyle you can truly enjoy and sustain. My own health journey taught me how personal and emotional this process can be, which is why I approach each client with empathy and respect. I take the time to understand your unique goals, challenges, and daily routine, then create a plan that feels realistic and empowering. Using evidence-based strategies, encouragement, and accountability, I help clients grow in confidence and consistency—because caring for your health is about so much more than a number on the scale.
Your first session with Jenny
Our first session is all about you. I’ll take time to really get to know your lifestyle, daily routines, food preferences, and health history so I can understand what matters most to you. We’ll talk through your goals, current habits, and any challenges you’re facing—not in a judgmental way, but in a way that helps us build a clear picture of where you are right now. By the end of our session, you’ll have a better sense of how we’ll work together, and I’ll have the insight I need to start creating a plan that fits your life!
Education
Bachelor of Science from College of the Ozarks & Masters of Science from Appalachian State University
Hobbies
Outside of work, I love staying active with volleyball and quick at-home workouts, unwinding at the piano, and getting creative with hand-lettering and new recipes in the kitchen. You can also find me tending to my garden—it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and recharge.
