About Jeremy
As an RD (for 6+ years), I've had experience working in all sorts of settings from clinical care, collegiate sports and tactical nutrition, however I've spent the last couple years working with the general population looking to improve their wellbeing and work on prevention of future health conditions. While it's fun to work with high level athletes (even Olympians), the most fulfillment comes from helping Average Joe improve their health and wellbeing so that they can maximize their impact in this world as a family member, employee, etc. I believe that health is much more than just the physical, and that there are so many other areas of life that can be addressed to promote true wellness.
Approach to care
My driving motto is "meet the client where they are at". While many people often know "what to do", it's usually the implementation of consistent, realistic, and sustainable behavior changes that drive wellbeing that needs to be addressed. Working from the "low hanging fruit" and habit stacking (with nutrition, sleep, stress, etc.), it does not take much time to make very impactful changes. I promise to come with open ears, see you as a human, and provide the knowledge that I have gained through my years of experience in a way that is going to be most effective in making impactful health changes.
Your first session with Jeremy
During our first session, expect to be greeted with a warm smile and friendly attitude. While it may seem like a lot of questions, we will get to know one another and get more clarity on your goals, your past and current habits, and general health. From there, we will develop a clear action plan and a few starting steps to help you advance towards your goals successfully.
