About Jess
Hi, I'm Jess! I'm a Registered Dietitian who's all about making nutrition feel simple, sustainable, and supportive of your life. I love to run, read, do pilates, and experiment with new recipes! Whether you're looking to improve your relationship with food, gain more nutrition knowledge, or fuel your workouts, I'm here to help you find a rhythm that works for YOU!
Approach to care
My approach combines intuitive eating with evidence-based guidelines. No rigid rules or one-size-fits-all plans... just real life strategies that help you tune into your body, build confidence with food, and support your overall wellbeing/performance. Whether you're an everyday athlete, training for something big, or simply want to feel more at ease with food, we'll work together to create habits that last.
Your first session with Jess
Our first session is all about you: your routines, goals, preferences, and how you feel about food. We'll talk about your activity level, lifestyle, current challenges, and what you're hoping to get out of nutrition support. From there, we'll develop realistic steps that move you towards your goals. Whether that's better energy during workouts, more balanced meals, or a more peaceful relationship with food, you'll leave with a game plan that fits your life!
