About Jessica
Hi, I'm Jess, a Registered Dietitian with over a decade of experience in clinical care, community health and sports nutrition. I hold a Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. I believe nutrition should feel supportive and sustainable β not overwhelming or restrictive. Whether you're navigating a specific health concern or a new life stage, my goal is to help you find an approach that truly fits your life. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with my daughter β a daily reminder that the best plans are the ones that fit into real life.
Approach to care
My approach is warm, collaborative and non-judgmental. I combine evidence-based nutrition with an understanding of daily life so we can create a plan that feels manageable and sustainable. Rather than strict rules or one-size-fits-all advice, we focus on small, meaningful changes that build momentum over time. Our work together is behavior-focused and weight-neutral, considering the whole person β including routines, stress and the emotional side of food. I want you to leave our sessions feeling informed, confident and clear about your next steps β not overwhelmed.
Your first session with Jessica
Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you β your goals, challenges and what feels most important right now. We'll review your health history and lifestyle, along with any labs or information you'd like to share. Together, we'll identify a few practical, achievable next steps that fit into your daily life. You'll leave with a clear, simple plan β and the confidence to take that first step.
