About Jessica

I love food deeply enjoy working with clients to help them discover healthful eating and restore their love of food. I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Informed Professional (CFNIP) and hold a CDR Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults. I have over 11 years of experience as a dietitian in clinical, community, and food service roles.

Approach to care

With positive energy, warmth, and empathy, I work side-by-side with my clients and use a functional nutrition and holistic approach to get back to basics and build healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits that feel achievable and realistic. In this process, I seek to address the underlying cause of disease and nutrition related issues. Together we will look not only at nutrition but also at other important lifestyle habits such as sleep hygiene, stress management, and exercise to ensure optimal nutrition and wellness results on an individualized basis.

Your first session with Jessica

I look forward to getting to know you and what led you to seek out a dietitian for support. We're going to keep it fun, light-hearted, and judgement-free! We will review your health history and medical history, and then we'll dive into your nutrition habits. We will also explore your sleep hygiene, stress management, and exercise to see how these could be impacting your health and nutrition status. Then we'll start mapping out how you envision us working together and set some long-term goals, and then start getting geared up to set reasonable and achievable short-term goals to work toward our longer-term vision. My goal is to make nutrition easy, uncomplicated, and joyful for you!
