Patient reviews
“Jessica takes the time to listen to me even if it doesn't get much accomplished. She gives me meal ideas to help with my progress“

About Jessica
I became a dietitian to help others who are struggling, as I once was, with understanding what to eat for their own medical conditions while managing any symptoms they may experience. I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders/diseases (including those on enteral nutrition support). Completed FODMAP training with Monash University. I also work with patients to help manage diabetes, PCOS, and/or those looking for an individualized approach to losing weight. I believe there is a strong connection between our mental and physical health. I want to help improve your quality of life and help you learn how to value your body and mind because without our health what are we?
Approach to care
I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to diet. I believe in setting small and achievable goals. Not one journey is the same and should be treated as such. If you’re looking for a cheerleader and your biggest supporter, I will be there for you every step of the way.
Your first session with Jessica
We will build a plan to suit your own individual needs and lifestyle. I encourage you to be open and honest with me. There is no judgement here, just support and encouragement as I too have struggled with gastrointestinal issues, disordered eating, and my weight. I want to understand you as a person, what you hope to achieve, and how I can support you on your journey to a better you.
