About Jessica
I became a dietitian to help others who are struggling, as I once was, with understanding what to eat for their own medical conditions while managing any symptoms they may experience. I believe there is a strong connection between our mental and physical health. I want to help improve your quality of life and help you learn how to value your body and mind because without our health what are we?
Approach to care
I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to diet.
