About Jessica
I became a dietitian to help others who are struggling, as I once was, with understanding what to eat for their own medical conditions while managing any symptoms they may experience. I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders/diseases (including those on tube feeds). I completed extensive FODMAP training with Monash University. I also work with patients to help manage nutrition during cancer treatment as well as to help manage diabetes, PCOS, and endometriosis. I believe there is a strong connection between our mental and physical health. I want to help improve your quality of life and help you learn how to value your body and mind because without our health what are we?
Approach to care
I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to diet. I believe in setting small and achievable goals. Not one journey is the same and should not be treated as such. I am here to support you on this journey every step of the way to help you feel better and be your best You.
Your first session with Jessica
We will build a plan to suit your own individual needs and lifestyle. There is no judgement here, just support and encouragement as I too have struggled with gastrointestinal issues and disordered eating in the past as well. I want to understand you as a person, what you hope to achieve, and how I can support you on your journey to a better you.
