About Jessica

I am a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 14 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through personalized nutrition care. My background includes extensive work in both inpatient and outpatient clinical settings, where I have supported patients across the lifespan—from children to older adults. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of medical conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders, weight management, and other complex health concerns. I am passionate about translating evidence-based nutrition science into practical, sustainable strategies that fit each person’s lifestyle. My approach is compassionate, individualized, and collaborative. I strive to empower patients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to make meaningful changes and improve their long-term health and quality of life.

Approach to care

My care philosophy centers on meeting each person where they are and providing practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance that fits their real life. I believe nutrition care should be compassionate, individualized, and collaborative. My goal is to empower people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to make sustainable changes that support their health, while respecting their unique medical needs, culture, and lifestyle.

Your first session with Jessica

We'll begin by reviewing your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, then talk through your routine, wins, and frustrations. I’ll help interpret results and together we’ll set short-term, realistic goals that feel manageable. This is a judgment-free conversation, so you don't need to have all the answers. Expect a few clear, practical steps to try and a plan for follow-up so progress feels steady and sustainable.
