Your first session with Jessica
Our first session is about setting a solid foundation for creating a plan that will work for you! We will dive into your sleep patterns, physical activity, stress levels, medications and supplements, health history, and your current diet. We’ll also explore your preferences, goals, and the changes you're open to making. We’ll take it one step at a time, tackling any challenges that come up and keeping you on track with your health goals. Looking forward to working with you!
