About Jessica
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a strong foundation in sports nutrition, having worked with elite athletes at two Division I Power Five programs—the University of Oklahoma and the University of Tennessee. My experience in high-performance environments has given me a deep understanding of how to fuel the body for strength, endurance, recovery, and long-term success. I combine clinical expertise with practical strategies to help clients reach their goals—whether you're a competitive athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone simply looking to feel better in your body. Beyond athletic performance, I specialize in weight management (both weight loss and weight gain), building a healthier relationship with food, navigating food allergies and intolerances, and supporting general health and wellness. I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach tailored to your lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
Approach to care
As a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutritional Sciences and a background in Health and Exercise Science, my approach is rooted in science, guided by compassion, and tailored to each individual. I believe that nutrition should enhance your life—not restrict it—and I work closely with clients to build sustainable habits that align with their goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Whether you’re looking to perform at your peak, heal your relationship with food, or simply feel better in your body, I offer a safe, supportive space where we focus on long-term, meaningful change—not quick fixes.
