Hi! Iām Jessica, a Registered Dietitian and stay-at-home mom who understands how challenging it can be to prioritize nutrition in the middle of a busy life. I take a realistic, sustainable approach to nutrition that fits into your everyday routine. My experience includes working in a variety of clinical settings, including a bariatric clinic, where Iāve supported individuals through meaningful health transformations. Whether your goals are big or small, Iām here to provide practical guidance, accountability, and encouragement every step of the way. Letās create a plan that works for your real life.

Your first session with Jessica
Our first appointment is all about you. Weāll review your medical history, explore your routines and your relationship with food, and start to set short-term goals. You donāt need to have everything figured out before we meet; this is a collaborative conversation, not an exam. Weāll discuss whatās working, what isnāt, and how we can weave healthy eating into your everyday life. By the end, youāll leave with a couple of clear next steps and a sense of what weāll tackle together.
