About Jessica

I’m a Registered Dietitian originally from the Northeast, now rooted in Fort Worth, TX, with over six years of clinical nutrition experience and a former career in music that still shapes my creativity and connection with people. I believe nutrition can be utilized as a form of medicine, empowerment, nourishment and self‑care. Through motivational interviewing, empathy, accountability, and collaborative goal‑setting, I help patients build sustainable habits that feel realistic, flexible, and aligned with their values.

Approach to care

My approach is simple: meet every patient exactly where they are and help them build sustainable habits that fit their real life. I believe there are no “bad” foods — just context, balance, and the power of using food as medicine. My goal is to support each person’s health journey, as this is unique to the individual. I use medical nutrition therapy grounded in current research to guide every aspect of care. That means the recommendations we build together are evidence‑based, personalized, and aligned with your medical needs, lifestyle, and goals. My focus is always on creating realistic, sustainable strategies—not quick fixes—so you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.

Your first session with Jessica

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and build a foundation for meaningful, sustainable progress. I’ll gather a full picture of your medical, family, and social history, along with your current dietary habits and daily routines. We’ll explore your goals, the barriers that may be getting in the way, and the lifestyle factors that shape your choices. My aim is to understand you—your story, your challenges, and what truly matters to you—so we can create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life.
