About Jessica
Iâm a Registered Dietitian originally from the Northeast, now rooted in Fort Worth, TX, with over six years of clinical nutrition experience and a former career in music that still shapes my creativity and connection with people. I believe nutrition can be utilized as a form of medicine, empowerment, nourishment and selfâcare. Through motivational interviewing, empathy, accountability, and collaborative goalâsetting, I help patients build sustainable habits that feel realistic, flexible, and aligned with their values.
Approach to care
My approach is simple: meet every patient exactly where they are and help them build sustainable habits that fit their real life. I believe there are no âbadâ foods â just context, balance, and the power of using food as medicine. My goal is to support each personâs health journey, as this is unique to the individual. I use medical nutrition therapy grounded in current research to guide every aspect of care. That means the recommendations we build together are evidenceâbased, personalized, and aligned with your medical needs, lifestyle, and goals. My focus is always on creating realistic, sustainable strategiesânot quick fixesâso you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout the process.
Your first session with Jessica
In our first session, weâll take time to get to know each other and build a foundation for meaningful, sustainable progress. Iâll gather a full picture of your medical, family, and social history, along with your current dietary habits and daily routines. Weâll explore your goals, the barriers that may be getting in the way, and the lifestyle factors that shape your choices. My aim is to understand youâyour story, your challenges, and what truly matters to youâso we can create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life.
