About Jessica
Hi, I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s in Dietetics. I have clinical experience supporting patients on GLP-1 medications, guiding weight loss and weight gain, and managing complex metabolic and digestive concerns. I’ve counseled patients across all stages of care, from acute settings to long-term management, always focused on sustainable, personalized strategies. Whether building lasting habits, improving gut health, or finding balance in weight management, I bring empathy and a solutions-driven approach. I take time to understand each person’s challenges and tailor realistic strategies. Nutrition is not one size fits all. My role is to empower people to feel confident in their bodies and choices. From structure to flexibility and motivation to accountability, I meet clients where they are and guide them toward lasting success.
Approach to care
I believe meaningful progress comes from guidance that is tailored to the individual, not from generic solutions. My approach starts with listening and understanding each person’s health history, goals, and daily routines. Together we create strategies that fit naturally into everyday life. I design practical, evidence-based nutrition plans that adjust to each client’s needs, whether the focus is digestive health, metabolic conditions, weight management, or overall wellness. My aim is to provide the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to build sustainable habits and achieve lasting results in a way that feels authentic and achievable.
Your first session with Jessica
Our first session gives us the chance to get to know you, your health journey, your priorities, and the areas you want to focus on. We will talk through your background, daily routines, and the challenges you are facing so I can see the whole picture. I will listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and begin shaping practical steps to move forward. This session is about building trust, finding clarity, and creating a plan that feels realistic in your everyday life. You will leave with a clear direction and confidence about the next step.
