Hi, Iām Jess, a dietitian in the Greater Seattle Area. I specialize in weight loss, weight management, general nutrition, plant-based eating, gut health, food allergies and sensitivities, celiac disease, IBS, and all types of elimination diets. My approach is practical, supportive, and rooted in real life. Beyond nutrition counseling, Iāve worked in dietary supplements, food systems, and higher education foodservice, helping create healthier, more supportive food environments. Your first session with Jessica
In our first session, weāll talk about what brought you hereāyour interests, past experiences, and what youāre hoping to get out of nutrition counseling. Iāll do a full nutrition assessment so we can get a clear picture of your lifestyle, medical history, and overall needs. My goal is to meet you where youāre at and work with you to create a personalized plan that actually fits your life. Weāll set a few short- and long-term goals together and figure out what kind of support or accountability works best for you. At the end of the session, youāll choose a few small goals to focus on for the week ahead, and weāll schedule a follow-up to keep the momentum going. Iāll be here to help you stay on track, adjust as needed, and celebrate your progress along the way. You donāt have to do this alone!
