About Jessica
Jessica Fellinger is a born and raised Texan; she lived in Fort Worth for much of her life before moving north of Dallas, where she lives with her husband and cat. She received an Associate of Arts degree in theology and Bachelor of Science in biology from Franciscan University of Steubenville, and a Master of Science degree from The University of Alabama in human nutrition. She has worked for a WIC local agency, and previously in private practice with Beauty and Grace Nutrition Counseling. She loves coffee and spending time with friends and family. When not at work, she enjoys hiking, running, crocheting, and trying new foods.
Approach to care
Jessica cares deeply about helping people heal their relationships with food. She has an all-foods fit philosophy. She wants for people to enjoy food, feel nourished, and embrace cultural foods. Her hope is for people to feel less fear around food and to really be present when eating.
Your first session with Jessica
In your first session, expect to discuss your goals for nutrition counselling, and techniques to reach those goals. Some nutrition goals require a few steps, others require many. And expect to be met with patience and kindness along that journey towards your nutrition goals.
