About Jessica

Hi there! I'm Jess and helping others feel their best - inside AND out - is my jam! My passion is rooted in helping fellow rockstars like you gain or rebuild confidence in your relationship with food, your body, and your mind—even through life’s curveballs. With more than 10 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I’ve worked with a variety of age groups and have garnered expertise in areas like weight management, gastroenterology (gut health), and kidney disease. Using evidence-based nutrition and a non-diet approach, I’m here to help you set health-promoting goals that stick!

Approach to care

There is nothing more important to me than making sure you feel heard in your health journey. Nutrition is not “one size fits all” and as such, my approach to care is tailored to you and only you! With a combination of evidence-based nutrition and practical, actionable advice, you and I will work together to help you set and crush goals that fit your lifestyle for the long haul.

Your first session with Jessica

During our first session, you can expect a warm welcome and relaxed conversation as we get to know each other! We’ll go through your health history and complete a comprehensive review which will allow me to better understand what is most important to you and how to support you in your journey. Our time together will be a safe space and free of judgement as we chat about your food preferences, likes/dislikes, lifestyle, sleep patterns, stress levels, exercise habits, and more. From there, we will work together to start identifying short and long term goals and how to make them happen!
