About Jessica

Hi, I'm Jessica, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 4 years of nutrition counseling experience and an MS in Nutrition & Dietetics from Madonna University. My work spans private practice, corporate wellness, and women’s health, and I’m also a Certified Personal Trainer. When I'm away from the desk, you’ll often find me hiking, working out, reading, or planning my next trip. I believe nutrition should fit your life and your goals, not add stress, and I love helping you feel confident in your choices.

Approach to care

My care philosophy blends science with warmth and collaboration, especially in the context of women’s health. I rely on evidence-based nutrition while staying empathetic and nonjudgmental, so you feel supported and heard every step of the way. We’ll set realistic goals together and focus on sustainable changes that respect your pace, your preferences, and your life. I take a holistic view that considers stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, and movement. Education guides our work so you can feel confident continuing to make informed choices long after our sessions.

Your first session with Jessica

Our first session is all about you. Think of it as a conversation, not an evaluation. We’ll review your medical history and current health picture, explore your daily habits, and talk about what you’re hoping to change. I’ll ask about medications, lifestyle, a typical day of eating, your relationship with food, stress, sleep, movement, and any cultural or personal food preferences. Together we’ll set realistic goals and choose a few small steps to focus on before our next visit, so you know exactly what to work on.
