About Jessica

Food and curiosity brought me to nutrition long before I earned my MS in Clinical Nutrition. As an RDN and LD with three years of experience, I've worked in clinical hospital settings, corporate wellness, research and academia, and community health. Those varied roles taught me to blend science with practical solutions that fit real life. Outside of work you'll often find me reading, cooking new recipes, scrapbooking, shopping, or spending time with family and friends. I bring that same warmth and attention to detail to every patient relationship.

Approach to care

Together we'll use current science as a guide, not a rulebook. I practice with a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size mindset, focusing on sustainable habits and behaviors rather than quick fixes or strict rules. Our work will be empathetic and practical, with clear, actionable steps you can try between visits. I care about the whole person, including emotional and lifestyle factors, and I make space for education so you can feel confident making choices that fit your life. You set the pace, we'll build the plan.

Your first session with Jessica

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we'll take stock of what matters most to you. We'll review any lab work or biometrics you bring, talk through your relationship with food, and identify a couple of short-term goals we can realistically work on together. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. My aim is to leave you with clear next steps that feel manageable and respectful of your life, so we can build lasting change one step at a time.
