About Jessica

With ten years as a Registered Dietitian, I blend hospital-based clinical work and private practice to make evidence-based nutrition practical and personal. I earned my BS in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed a dietetic internship at Rutgers University School of Health Related Professions. As an integrative clinician, I focus on metabolic, gastrointestinal, and women’s health. Outside of work I spend most of my time with my daughter and love reading a great book!

Approach to care

I combine rigorous science with empathy so we'll build plans that actually fit your life. I take a whole-person view, looking beyond food to sleep, stress, digestion, and emotions, and I prioritize behavior-focused strategies rather than weight-focused rules. Together we'll translate research into clear, practical steps, check progress without judgment, and learn the why behind recommendations so change sticks over the long term.

Your first session with Jessica

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, then take a deep dive into your current eating habits and your relationship with food. We'll also look at lifestyle factors that affect metabolic, gastrointestinal, and women's health. Together we'll identify a couple of short-term, achievable goals so you leave with a clear, low-pressure plan and a sense of direction.
