  • I’ve really enjoyed working with Jessica over the last few months! She’s been enormously supportive when it comes to acknowledging the healthy habits already in my life, and treating them as a stepping stone for introducing new ones. I leave my sessions feeling more clear headed about my priorities and about how to make easy choices when I’m feeling sort of out of control in terms of decisions around food and eating patterns, especially as someone with food allergies.

  • Jessica worked with me on a Mediterranean based diet, and worked with me after having a unexpected heart attack.She is very knowledgeable, and personable. She me feel comfortable and helped guide me through autoimmune based diet issues, and got me on track with new ideas and encouraged me to try new foods. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dietitian.

  • Updated 7 Month review: Jessica has been fantastic to work with. I've been meeting with her since February, and she has helped me change, refine, and tweak my nutritional goals and eating habits. I have lost 30 lbs, but that has never been the focal point. My bloodwork is great, I feel healthy and energized, and I am sleeping better. She has helped me quiet the food noise, and given me the tools needed to have a balanced, healthy relationship with food for the first time in my life.

  • Even though the Zoom meeting wasn't working, we were able to have a good session over the phone. I learned a lot and we set goals for the next week and I received information about the end goal.

  • Feels like it will be a personal plan and not a "corporate" modeled plan.
