Patient reviews
“Updated 7 Month review: Jessica has been fantastic to work with. I've been meeting with her since February, and she has helped me change, refine, and tweak my nutritional goals and eating habits. I have lost 30 lbs, but that has never been the focal point. My bloodwork is great, I feel healthy and energized, and I am sleeping better. She has helped me quiet the food noise, and given me the tools needed to have a balanced, healthy relationship with food for the first time in my life. “

“Even though the Zoom meeting wasn't working, we were able to have a good session over the phone. I learned a lot and we set goals for the next week and I received information about the end goal.“
“Feels like it will be a personal plan and not a "corporate" modeled plan.“
About Jessica
Hey there! I’m Jessica — a dietitian, lifestyle coach, and personal trainer specializing in intuitive eating and sustainable habit change. I primarily help women and LGBTQIA+ people build strength, improve energy, and feel more at ease with food. My goal is to simplify daily food decisions so you can focus on what truly matters — and have the fire and confidence to go after it. I focus on building eating competence — helping you trust your body’s signals, understand your nutrition needs, and make independent choices with confidence. My approach helps you reach your body’s natural, healthy weight without the stress of fad diets or perfectionism. Together, we’ll cut through nutrition noise, dispel diet myths, make food feel simple, and build routines that truly work for you.
Approach to care
My approach blends evidence-based nutrition, intuitive eating, and strength-focused coaching to help you reach your goals — one step at a time. I work best with clients who are ready to take action: people who want to make small, consistent changes (and sometimes bold ones!) to feel stronger, improve energy, and build sustainable habits that last. You can expect honesty, structure, support, and perhaps some laughs. We’ll celebrate progress each week and set clear, achievable goals that move you closer to the results you want. My care is compassionate and inclusive — grounded in respect for your body, identity, and pace of change.
Your first session with Jessica
In our first session, we’ll get clear on your current habits, goals, and challenges. We’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and create an action plan that feels both realistic and motivating. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with specific next steps — and a clear plan to improving your energy, strength, and relationship with food.
