About Jessica

Because life’s too short for sad salads, you need a dietitian who gets it: practical, joyful, and made for real life. And look at that—you found me! I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian with over 14 years of experience specializing in weight management, disordered eating, and supporting families with mealtime struggles while helping kids expand their food world. My own journey with disordered eating drew me to this work, and becoming a parent deepened my passion for helping families build a healthy, positive relationship with food. I know firsthand how overwhelming nutrition can feel, and my goal is to be a supportive, relatable partner in your health journey. Outside of work, I’m a kitchen disaster (Swedish Chef style), a mom to three rambunctious third graders, a game-night enthusiast who’s there for the laughs, and an audiobook lover!

Approach to care

Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all—our bodies are unique, and so are our needs. I see this process as a team effort: you’re the expert on your body, and I’m here to help you gather information, notice patterns, and find the path of least resistance toward your goals. My style is empathetic, client-led, and rooted in connection.

Your first session with Jessica

Our first session is all about getting to know you. I bring genuine curiosity into these conversations and want to hear your goals, your challenges, and what matters most to you. We’ll talk through your health history and your day-to-day realities, then start building a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to your life. My hope is that you leave that first meeting feeling heard, understood, and encouraged about what’s ahead.
