About Jessica

I graduated from the University of Texas in 1998. I have been through pregnancy, post-partum weight loss, perimenopause & menopause and I live with hashimoto's disease. As a mom of two teenagers, I understand the demands of a busy life so whether you're a student, a busy mom, or a professional juggling responsibilities, I’ve been in your shoes! I love helping people with ✔ GLP-1 support ✔ root cause of stubborn weight ✔ relationship with food ✔ hashimoto's ✔ MS ✔ perimenopause & menopause ✔ heart health ✔ aging well. Weight management is about more than “calories in versus calories out.” It’s influenced by our metabolic health, quality of food/exercise, underlying health conditions, and body composition. If what used to work no longer does, or you're starting a GLP-1 or have hit a plateau, or if hormones of perimenopause, menopause, or PCOS is making it harder—you're not alone. Together, we can explore what's going on beneath the surface and find strategies that work for you now.

Approach to care

I’m here to be your partner in health, helping you create a balanced, sustainable approach to wellness. My philosophy is simple: your journey is unique, and your nutrition should reflect that. Together, we’ll focus on your individual goals. With a holistic approach that considers both diet and lifestyle, I’ll guide you in identifying areas for growth, making meaningful changes that fit your life, and—most importantly—provide the accountability and support needed to turn goals into lasting results. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling your best, I’d love to support you!

Your first session with Jessica

In our first session, we'll take the time to explore your health, lifestyle, and expectations for nutrition services, along with your goals. This session goes beyond just discussing what you eat—we'll dive into how you live your life so we can identify meaningful, sustainable changes that will have a lasting impact on your health. You will leave with actionable steps you can implement in your life to move you towards better health and wellness.
