About Jessica

Hello everyone! I am by day an inpatient clinical registered dietitian at a Boston hospital where I work with a variety of patients including those with gastrointestinal diseases, cancer, cardiovascular disease, eating disorders and more. I completed 5 years of school in New Hampshire which includes a Masters in Nutritional Sciences and have been working in the field since 2021.

Approach to care

The best part of the job is connecting with clients. I first like to know and understand my patients' backgrounds, health concerns and goals with their time at Nourish. I promise to always deliver a welcoming and safe environment and become a support system to my clients so they can reach their health and nutrition goals. In my sessions I like to leave my clients with an action plan including obtainable, concrete steps they can use in their everyday life to find success. Additionally, all recommendations provided are based in evidenced-based research.

Get to know you - my clients can get to know me and I will get to know them. Together, we can outline a plan to help the client reach their nutrition or health related goals over the course of our sessions together.
