About Jessica
I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 20 years and a Lactation Consultant for 5 years. I have had a variety of nutrition positions in my career, including retail nutrition, research, kitchen management, outpatient, and inpatient nutrition.
Approach to care
I am realistic and always strive to meet a client where they are. I believe it's important to collaborate when making plans and identifying specific, measurable goals. I value scientific research and base my nutrition recommendations on current standards. I am always willing to work within a client's lifestyle and values.
Your first session with Jessica
A large portion of our first session will be sharing and learning about each other. I will want to get an idea of what you value, your goals, and your background with food. I will ask a lot of questions so that we can form a plan of care that aligns with your lifestyle and objectives.
