About Jessica
I'm Jessica and I'm a Registered Dietitian who combines my love of food and health to help people make positive changes in their lives. My primary focus is helping people who are struggling with their weight improve their relationship with food and themselves. I'm here to help you discover what changes we can work on together to meet your goals by using evidence-based weight loss and behavior change strategies. I also understand how chaotic life can be and that flexibility is the key to success.

My approach to care centers around ensuring that you are living your life to the fullest while meeting your health goals. Health does not have to be complicated, and I will keep things simple. We'll work together to find strategies that fit into your lifestyle, focusing on what matters most to you. If you've ever felt defeated by your weight or health and want to make a change, I'm here to help.
Your first session with Jessica
During our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about you and what brought you to Nourish. I'll ask about your lifestyle and what a typical day looks like for you, the things you like, and the things you would like to work on. Then we'll make a plan for small changes we can start to incorporate into your life that will help you achieve your goals.
