About Jessica
I’m Jessica, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist committed to helping individuals improve their health through realistic and sustainable nutrition strategies. I have experience supporting clients with a variety of goals, from improving general wellness and energy levels to developing a healthier relationship with food. I also specialize in women’s health, guiding clients through nutrition needs during different life stages such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. In addition, I work with a wide range of dietary preferences—from plant-based to balanced omnivorous eating—tailoring recommendations to fit each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and long-term goals. Whether your goals are general wellness, women’s health, or finding more freedom with food through intuitive eating, I’m here to provide support that feels approachable and doable in your daily life.
Approach to care
My approach is rooted in intuitive eating and evidence-based nutrition, with an emphasis on creating flexible, individualized plans that fit into daily life. I believe nutrition is more than just food - it's our energy, our health and our key to mental and physical wellbeing. I aim to empower clients to build confidence in their food choices, develop long-term healthy habits, and find greater ease around eating. By focusing on realistic solutions rather than rigid rules, I strive to make nutrition a supportive and sustainable part of your overall wellbeing.
Your first session with Jessica
Our first session is all about connection and understanding your unique story. I’ll ask questions about your health and nutrition history, past eating habits, and your current goals. This session typically lasts 50–55 minutes and gives us the chance to build a strong foundation for our work together. By the end of our first meeting, we’ll identify at least one clear, actionable step you can take over the next week to start moving toward your goals. In future sessions, we’ll dive deeper into topics that support your needs. This may include personalized nutrition education, meal planning strategies, grocery shopping guidance, or discussing challenges and wins along the way. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools and strategies that fit your lifestyle, so you feel supported and confident as you work toward lasting change.
