About Jessica
Jess is a licensed Registered Dietitian with masters of science in nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship at Mass General Hospital where she has worked for the last 6 years in clinical research. Recently, she transitioned from clinical research to working as a sports dietitian for MIT and the National Running Center at Spaulding Rehabilitation in Boston.

Your first session with Jessica
In your first session, Jess will conduct a thorough assessment to understand your training load and current nutrition intake.
