About Jessica

Food and movement have always been a part of my life, whether I'm testing a new recipe or getting ready for a workout. I earned a B.S. in Nutrition with an internship focus in Public Health and have spent four years working as an RDN and CDN across community health, clinical settings, private practice, and foodservice nutrition. I bring practical problem-solving and a non-diet, sustainability-first mindset to care, and when I'm not with patients you'll find me hiking, baking, playing softball, in the gym, gardening or making art.

Approach to care

Evidence and empathy guide how I work. I ground recommendations in current research while honoring your lived experience, using a Health At Every Size, weight-neutral lens so we focus on behaviors and wellbeing rather than the scale. Together we'll translate science into clear, doable steps, address the whole person including sleep and stress, and build skills that last. I keep things warm and nonjudgmental, and I expect us to adapt plans as life changes so progress is sustainable.

Your first session with Jessica

Expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where I listen to your story. We'll explore your relationship with food, review your medical history, and look over any lab work or biometrics you have. From that foundation we'll establish one or two short-term, practical goals and actionable next steps. You don't need to have everything figured out ahead of time, we'll work together at a pace that feels realistic and supportive so you leave with clarity and confidence.
