About Jessica
I have always been interested in food and how it it fuels our bodies. I found the professional field of diet and nutrition is the best way to bridge the gap between food and science. Over the years I have honed in on my skills to providing personalized guidance and support to individuals seeking to improve their health through nutrition. My goal is to empower clients with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed dietary choices and achieve their wellness goals.
Approach to care
My personalized approach to nutrition care follows a realistic and non-judgmental platform. I believe in a balanced diet that includes all foods, and I help clients find healthy options even in challenging environments like restaurants, fast food places, during vacations, and family events. I emphasize moderation and offer practical tips to make healthy eating accessible and achievable. I meet clients where they are, setting realistic goals and providing ongoing support to help them develop sustainable results.
Your first session with Jessica
During our first session, we will start with introductions to get to know one another. During this time, we will begin to discuss your goals, current lifestyle habits, health background and nutrition concerns. I will ask a lot of questions to get the best understanding of you. Together, we will start to develop custom strategies to help you accomplish your health and nutrition goals.
