About Jessica

With over 15 years of experience as a registered dietitian, I specialize in nutrition support for individuals affected by cancer. I help patients feel more confident about eating during and after treatment by addressing side effects, improving energy, and supporting healing. In addition, I also work with individuals seeking weight loss and gut health support, using a balanced, non-diet approach that prioritizes health, sustainability, and individual needs. My goal is to meet each person where they are and provide compassionate, realistic guidance that fits into their life.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be a source of support—not pressure—during times of illness or health change. My care philosophy emphasizes education, collaboration, and empowerment. I help patients understand how food can support healing, gut health, and metabolic wellness while respecting their autonomy and individual pace. Success is defined not just by numbers, but by how patients feel and function.

Your first session with Jessica

Your first session is focused on getting to know you—your health history, current concerns, and goals—so we can create a nutrition plan that truly fits your needs. You’ll leave your first session with practical, evidence-based guidance tailored to you. This may include education, meal and snack ideas, symptom-management strategies, hydration tips, and next steps that feel manageable and supportive.
