About Jessica
I believe nutrition should work with your life, not against it. My approach is centered on meeting you where you are, understanding your routines, culture, preferences, and challenges, and helping you build realistic habits that actually last. I bring 16 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, along with a Master of Science in Health Education and Health Promotion and my Certified Health Education Specialist credential. My background spans hospitals, private practice, corporate wellness, research, and community health, which has shaped my practical, whole-person approach. Outside of work, I love distance running, food culture, wine, travel, live music, and the beautiful chaos of twin mom life.
Approach to care
I believe the best nutrition care meets you where you are. My approach combines current science with realistic, practical strategies that fit your lifestyle and support lasting change. I practice from a Health at Every Size perspective, focusing on behaviors, wellbeing, and the full context of your life rather than judgment or shame. Together, we look at things like stress, sleep, movement, food enjoyment, and daily routines so you leave feeling heard, informed, and equipped with steps that truly feel doable.
Your first session with Jessica
Expect a relaxed, collaborative conversation where we'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll talk about daily routines, wins, frustrations, and what matters most to you. You don’t need perfect records or a fully formed plan; I'll help interpret labs, clarify priorities, and together we'll set one to two short-term, realistic goals you can start testing right away. The visit is low-pressure and focused on clear next steps that fit your life.
