We're all different and I do my best to take an individualized approach to care, meeting you at your starting point and going from there. Wellness is a journey, not an endpoint. It's about making consistent choices, accepting growth, and finding balance along the way.

I'm naturally curious and want to learn as much about you as I can. So, you can expect to do most of the talking during our first visit. Don't worry, I won't hit you with a ton of questions. I want to get to know you as a person and learn about your struggles and goals so I can better help you.
