About Jill
I am Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Lifestyle Coach located in Washington. I am married with two amazing teenagers! I started my career in nutrition over 20 years ago and I understand how difficult it can be to have work-life balance while also trying to navigate the overwhelming amount of nutrition misinformation presented to us daily.

Health isn't just about the food we eat; it has many layers, and those many layers are not always within our control. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel empowered to make positive changes to your health.
Your first session with Jill
We will start by exploring your wellness journey, previous approaches, and current lifestyle and habits. We will collaboratively create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable, with strategies tailored to your specific lifestyle. Together, we'll explore incorporating foods that support your health, focusing on what you can add to your eating routine rather than cutting out foods.
