About Jill
Hi, I'm Jill! I’m a Registered Dietitian with 20+ years of experience. I earned my BS from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and completed my Dietetic Internship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. My clinical career spans hospital care, dialysis and chronic kidney disease, kidney stones, and hypertension. I’m excited to work with you and to help you set and sustain individualized life-long goals!
Approach to care
I believe care is a partnership built on evidence and empathy. My approach is direct and action oriented, translating the latest science into practical steps you can fit into real life. We will work together to understand your values, goals, and choose sustainable changes. I truly believe all food can fit into your lifestyle. Education is core, and I’ll explain the why behind recommendations so you feel confident guiding your own choices. We'll progress together, step by step.
Your first session with Jill
Our first session is about you. We'll review your medical history, establish short-term goals, and review lab work and biometrics. This is a collaborative, low pressure conversation to set a foundation for our work. No need to have everything figured out beforehand; you don’t have to arrive with perfect answers. You’ll leave with a clear sense of direction and a couple of actionable steps to start with, plus a plan to track progress, so you feel supported and ready to move forward together.
