About Jill

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Jill, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over a decade of clinical experience across hospitals, specialty clinics, and private practice. I believe everyone deserves a strong, sustainable foundation of wellness—one that’s realistic, personalized, and rooted in evidence-based nutrition.

Approach to care

I’ve seen how powerfully nutrition can improve daily life, from energy and sleep to mood and overall well-being. Whether you’re managing a health condition or simply want to feel more like yourself, my goal is to make nutrition simple, supportive, and transformative. My counseling style is honest, gentle and collaborative, giving you a clear sense of direction to make your food-based decisions with ease. My advanced training in Therapeutic Food Planning from the Institute of Functional Medicine, certification as an Intuitive Eating Counselor and herbal education through the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine allow me to blend evidence-based care with mindful, functional, and botanical approaches.

Your first session with Jill

In our first session, we’ll start with introductions so I can get to know you and what your day-to-day life looks like. From there, we’ll talk about what brought you to Nourish, what you hope to change or support in your nutrition or lifestyle, and what your goals look like in a way that feels meaningful to you. We’ll take a whole-person look at your health—your medical history, lifestyle, symptoms, goals, and your relationship with food and your body—and walk through a gentle food recall to understand what and how you typically eat. Before we wrap up, we’ll choose one or two realistic steps to focus on before your next session so you have a clear, encouraging path forward. My goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and empowered to build a healthier, more intuitive connection with food and your body. I’m truly honored to be part of your journey toward meaningful health change and lasting confidence - and here to support and guide you every step of the way.
