About Jill

After a career performing as a professional dancer and aerialist, I returned to school and completed an MS in Nutritional Science. In my first year as an RDN I've practiced across hospital clinical care, private practice, and sports nutrition. I still perform at SeaWorld San Diego, and I enjoy aerial arts, dance, calisthenics, weight lifting, running, hiking, travel, and time with dogs. My passion is sports nutrition, which I believe is relevant for anyone who moves their body with intention. I work across a range of specialties, which you can explore below. I’m excited to learn about your goals and support you on your journey.

Approach to care

Nutrition should fit your life, not the other way around. I ground recommendations in current research and practical protocols, and I prioritize education so you understand the why behind each change. We'll work together in a compassionate, nonjudgmental space focusing on sustainable habits, function, and long-term wellbeing. I offer clear, action-oriented steps and accountability while honoring mental and emotional health, so the changes we make stick and feel realistic for your everyday life.

Your first session with Jill

We’ll spend the first visit getting to know one another, reviewing your medical history and talking through your goals, routines, and past experiences with nutrition. I’ll ask questions and invite you to ask me things too. Together we’ll set short term, realistic goals that feel doable and move you toward longer term progress. This is a judgment free conversation where we focus on understanding your habits, challenges, and what support would be most helpful for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. We’ll leave the session with clear, manageable next steps.
