Over the last 8 years I have had the opportunity to focus on reversing high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes and pre-diabetes, resolving gastrointestinal issues (celiac disease, food allergies, IBS) and reduce overall weight (whether naturally or using a GLP product) through simple and easy processes. I blend my analytical training and business background with my knowledge of nutrition. I enjoy helping busy people build simple, sustainable habits that last a lifetime. When I’m not working with patients I enjoy running, travel, and making new friends.
