I am a passionate and dedicated registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and fitness professional (NASM-CPT) with over 15 years of experience helping adults and kids meet their health goals. I believe in the power of optimizing food choices AND physical activity levels to achieve overall wellness. Whether it's weight management, disease prevention, or simply improving overall well-being, I am committed to helping clients reach their health goals and living their best lives.
