About Jill

I am Jill, a nationally recognized nutrition presenter with over 20 years of experience in wellness. I thrive in the corporate wellness arena, specializing in sports nutrition while also addressing the challenges of disordered eating. As a certified weight management expert and credentialed by the American College of Sports Medicine, my passion lies in empowering others to achieve their health goals. Above all, my greatest joy comes from being a mom of three and being married to a firefighter. My enthusiasm and determination drive me to help you succeed!

Through motivational interviewing, I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, ensuring I address all aspects of your journey. I provide accountability, education, and tailored strategies to help you navigate your life experiences effectively.
