As a former collegiate boxer, marathon runner and avid cyclist, I specialize in the connection between nutrition, performance, and recovery. Weâll start with a comprehensive conversation about your health history, eating habits, medical background, movement routines, and any concerns or challenges youâre currently facing. Together, weâll explore whatâs working for you and what feels stuck or stressful. Whether you're looking to heal your relationship with food, support your athletic performance, or find more ease in family meals, my goal is to understand the full pictureânot just whatâs on your plate. By the end of our session, you can expect: A clearer understanding of your nutrition needs, an initial set of personalized, manageable steps, and a plan for ongoing support based on your goals and preferences.
