Hi, I'm Jillian! I’m a dietitian with a passion for helping people improve their health through creating healthy, sustainable habits that fit their lives. Nutrition can feel confusing and overwhelming, which is why I meet you where you’re at on your health journey, help you navigate through the noise, and find strategies that work for you. I work with clients who have a variety of goals or health conditions, including weight management, general wellness, high cholesterol, and diabetes, supporting them in reaching their goals while still enjoying the foods they love. I want to help you feel confident in your choices, stay motivated, and empowered to build habits that last.

Your first session with Jillian
This is where I’ll really get to know you so I can guide you in reaching your goals because nutrition is very individualized! I’ll ask questions about your medical history, lifestyle, eating habits, and any challenges you’ve faced in the past. The more you share, the better I can help you find strategies that work for you. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space. Together, we’ll focus on realistic, sustainable steps that help you reach your goals and develop an action plan.

Cooking and trying new foods - I’m a huge foodie! I also enjoy traveling, themed girls’ nights, and staying active with strength training and yoga. My 1.5 year old Siberian Husky, full of personality, keeps life entertaining too!
